Boboiboi

When they launched their  first version of Boboiboi figurines, Boboiboi Wind and Yaya, my kids became so excited. Suddenly Mesra Shop at Petronas Station become their most favorite place after Tesco haha. The figurines are only sold at the shop.




Azeeb: Ibu, abang nak patung Boboiboi.
Nureen: Kakak pun nak ibu patung Yaya.
Nisaa: Ya pun nak gak...
Ibu: Huuhu...Nanti tanya ayah ye..


Hmm 19.90.. quite pricey for the size of it. I'd just looked at the size of the figurine, smaller than Barbie, back then I didn't closely look at the material. Cut it short, Hubby didn't buy for them cause the same reason as mine, disappointing them. After that, they kept looking at the figurines with those big hopeful eyes, but they didn't ask of buying..not until last weekend. We went to Hubby sister house when suddenly

Azeeb: Hah macam ni la yang abang nak, ayah dan ibu taknak belikan.

He's holding a boboiboi wind figurine... all eyes looked at us, hoho..then he wouldn't let go of the figurine even we said he has lots of toys bla bla bla... not until Hubby said, he's buying the toys for them. Haha...what a trick.

On the way home, Hubby drove passed one petronas station, praying he's not aware but
Azeeb: Ayah, kenapa tak berhenti kat situ?..Oppss
Ayah: Kedai dah tutup abang..esok ye...Esok abang bangun pagi2, mandi gosok gigi, nanti kita keluar pergi beli ye...
He nodded with sad face. Nureen just looked at us making promises.

The next day, they woke up and dressed up early (considering now is a school holiday, and they always take their bath in the afternoon). Power of Boboiboi haha...But, still we couldn't find the figurines. Seem likes its have been sold out. Their faces looked so sad. Even they didn't say anything, but I know they're so so disappointed.

Thus, Hubby tried looking at the station near his office. Luckily, the station still had stock. Hubby bought not only Boboiboi wind and Yaya, he also bought Boboiboi earth and Ying. Toys for each one of them. He said he's going to collect every single version of Boboiboi & gang..well, they only produce 6 figurines, imagine if they become like transformers toys, kopak la.

Actually, the figurines not bad at all. The material feels same as Barbie, the features sharp. Of course that are room for improvement but considering these are our own figurines, I can say, it is affordable for the price of RM19.90.
