Yesterday had a little chitchat with my MD...due to our listing process and procedure, we need to recruit more staff in finance department... Currently looking for FRS savvy guy for Financial Controller and Senior Accountant. Of course, its don't come cheap especially since they are only eying the MNC, PLC.
Him: Why should I pay more for financial controller than IT guy?
Me: Because you will get penalised if we the finance people mispresenting the financial stuff!!!
Well boss, if you want the best quality apple, you should pay for it la kan...seldom u heard
quality + qualification + knowledge = cheap.
Particularly if you only shop around branded stores.....
